About Sabrina Pratt

Sabrina Pratt holds her degree in Theatre Arts Education from Winthrop University. She is the owner and artistic director of Central Coast Comedy Theater, a sketch and improv training center and performance ensemble in San Luis Obispo, CA. Sabrina is an actor, director and comedian with over 20 years of professional improv and sketch comedy experience. Sabrina is a credentialed theater teacher and has taught middle school and high school drama. She has directed countless productions and feels most at home teaching in a black box studio theater space. 

Sabrina has taught, trained and performed on internationally renowned improv stages at Second City Chicago, iO and Comedy Sportz to name just a few. During her Chicago life, Sabrina also wrote, directed and produced a variety of original pieces. A performance artist and activist always- Sabrina produced, directed and even arm wrestled with CLLAW (Chicago League of Lady Arm Wrestlers). She later served on the board as a director and consultant for the national collective (CLAW) which is a non-profit arts organization devoted to raising money and awareness for gender based violence prevention. 

Sabrina currently resides in San Luis Obispo with her husband, Peter, who is also an improviser. The couple have a popular improvised long form show called “Strange Fish.” Sabrina enjoys going to the beach with her dogs, painting, writing and doing all manner of household projects. She is a foster for kittens and enjoys her cuddly way of giving back.
