About Jason Bolen
Jason received his BFA in Theatrical Theatre, Scenic Design from the North Carolina School of the Arts. He has taught technical drafting, computer aided drafting, rendering with light, technical theatre production, scenic art, and scenic design. Jason has been working as a professional Scenic Designer since 2000.
Jason has designed for, or taught at, Albright College, Drake University, Penn State Berks, Lehman College CUNY, New York University, and PCPA, where he received the Santa Barbara Independent Indy Award for Best Scenic Design for the 2019 production of Arcadia.
Jason is a proud member of United Scenic Artists (USA) Local 829 as well as the United States Institute of Theatre Technology (USITT) and the Guild of Scenic Artists.
